What happened
Monaro Hwy just after Johnson dr roundabout heading north. A "P" plate driver was swerving in and out of traffic without indicating. When changing lanes he cut of another car nearly resulting in an accident. He then tailgated the car he had just cut off then sped passed again changing lanes without indicating.
